Oh, how bad I want this sale!

This poor gentleman is trying hard to buy a bicycle for his son's birthday. I am hoping to close the deal by Christmas. I would hate for his son to be disappointed.

Hello,, i would like to buy my son One of these bicycles,
Raleigh Giant Trek
it is birthday present. i am deaf and would prefer conduct transaction over the email.

Thank you. Scott Bobby

Scott,
Which exact model would you like? If you want to call us at the shop to discuss them, that would be fine, too. We carry Raleigh and Diamondback. I know you were interested in the Giants, but we don't have any.By the way, how tall is your son?

Hello ..I would like the Raleigh Grand Prix .. My son is 20yrs old and about 5"6 tall ..I would like you to email me with the cost of the bike plus tax

Scott,
I can email you the price for the Grand Prix tomorrow. By the way, where do you live? We have free delivery in Warrenton, Haymarket, and the Gainesville areas.

Haymarket Bicycles

Scott,
It has been much time since we have communicate. Your bike remains awaiting, tagged with your name on it. I am concerned that if your shipping agent does not come by soon, I will have to restock the bicycle, which will come at some cost to you for the courtesy. Please contact me with your urgent reply.

Thanks for your email .. I would like you to know that the shipping agent is willing to receive an upfront payment before he could come for the pick up of the bike... Because thats one of their Policies .. and I'm currently out of country now and I dont have much cash with me to send to him and They don't accept Credit Cards .. So i want you to charge my Credit card for the payment of the Bike and the payment for the shipping agent and You can help me forward the payment to him in Cash once you charged my Credit Card Through and He could give the Specific Pick update upon the Receipt of the Transfer of funds you give me ..I will be waiting to hear from you .. Thanks

Scott, It is truly great to hear from you. I was concerned that this bicycle would never make its way to your son. In your next email, please let me know how much the shipping agent will be charging. For you see, we have a policy here at the shop which allows us to ship directly to you (we have drivers headed to New York on a regular basis). Perhaps we can complete this transaction at a lower cost to you by avoiding the shipping agent. He sounds difficult to work with.
Thank you for your speedy reply,
Jared
